When a student leaves Dubai College, the debenture which was paid at the start of his/her time at the College may be redeemed. This is subject to the College’s debenture terms and conditions.

However, we would ask at this time for you to consider donating all or a proportion of the debenture to our Farewell Fund. This Fund enables the College to continue to invest in its future provision of the four pillars of a DC education – Academic, Creative, Sporting and Philanthropic. The College would be hugely grateful if you would consider this investment for the benefit of future generations of DC students.

Refund of Debenture

In principle, debentures can only be presented for redemption after the relevant student has left the College and all outstanding fees and charges have been paid and all school resources, including text books, have been returned. Any amounts which remain due and unpaid, at the time of the debenture repayment (normally in October), may be deducted from the face value of the debenture as per Appendix 1, clause 3. Please note that a KHDA fee of AED 120 will also be deducted. This is applicable to all leavers.
