Extra-curricular activities
Dubai College offers an extensive range of extra-curricular activities, and we currently offer over 200 distinct lunchtime and after school activities each week. Although participation in these activities is not compulsory, it is highly recommended and well over 95% of our students do choose to take on at least one extra-curricular activity each week. These activities are fundamental to our aim of offering a broad, balanced and enriching educational experience. In some cases, what takes place outside of scheduled lesson times plays an essential role in helping students to develop what they have learned in class.
Through engaging with the extra-curricular opportunities, students are likely to develop their skills specific to that activity as well as a range of universal skills which are increasingly relevant:

These skills play a vital role in generating the positive, nurturing environment that is so important for students to succeed academically as well as in their life beyond Dubai College.
