The Dubai College reception building also houses the SLT offices, registrar's office, board room, administration offices and the staff room.
Our school canteen is open before school, during break and lunch. There are picnic benches located nearby that can be used by students in the cooler months. A range of meals can be purchased using the school cashless card.
Charltons Café, located in the SPACE (Sports and Performing Arts Centre of Excellence) is open at break time and lunch time to all students and all day for sixth form students, for the sale of sandwiches and cold snacks.
Our 900 seater auditorium is used for whole school assemblies, our annual production, music performances and visiting speakers.
Our Lecture Theatre seats 160 and is used for year group assemblies, society meetings and visiting speakers.
Our Learning and Teaching Centre provides space for collaborative learning allowing students to explore different methods of learning.
Our new C Hub is spread over 3 floors with a central atrium, bold staircases and lots of greenery. It houses Maths, Harkness rooms, DC Studios, Art studios and a gallery, as well as the new school library and a cafeteria.
Our Modern Foreign Languages block is home to our French, Spanish and Arabic Departments as well as Islamic Studies.
Our Science block surrounds a central atrium and has twenty one laboratories.
Our dedicated Sixth Form Centre has 275 individual study bays, collaboration rooms and a common room.
Our new Bridgman library, situated in the C Hub, provides students and staff with a variety of books and digital resources.
Our English Departments has its own stand-alone building, with an excellent range of written and audio-visual resources. It also houses our Harkness Room.
Our DT block has 3 well equipped workshops with two of these geared towards more demanding A Level examination work.
Our students have access to four spacious and bright studios, all of which are located on the top floor of the new C Hub.
Our Music Centre has spacious teaching and recital areas, twelve practice rooms and a recording studio.
Our Black Box Theatre seats 150 and is located in our Sports and Performing Arts Centre of Excellence (SPACE) along with three drama studios.
Our double width sports hall with spectator seating is located on the second floor of our Sports and Performing Arts Centre of Excellence (SPACE).
Our Fitness Centre is fully equipped with the latest gym equipment and weights. There is also a spinning room with 25 bikes and a multi-purpose studio.
Our outdoor Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) is on the second floor of our SPACE facility.
Our 25 metre swimming pool has 5 lanes and spectator seating for galas and competitions.
Our multi-purpose floodlit hard courts are used for netball and tennis. The rooftop of our sports pavilion provides spectator seating.
Our field has first class rugby, football and cricket pitches along with cricket nets and spectator seating.
Our Sports Pavilion is located at the edge of the sports field and houses changing rooms, medical facilities and rooftop spectator seating.
Situated in the heart of the new Dubai district, the school’s buildings and playing fields are extensive, covering some nineteen acres in total.
In addition to the light, airy and well-equipped classrooms, specialist facilities include a science block with twenty one laboratories, three design and technology suites, a canteen and a music centre with teaching and recital areas, a library, a dedicated Sixth Form Centre with 275 study bays and a state of the art 900 seat auditorium.

The SPACE (Sports and Performing Arts Centre of Excellence) was opened in 2020 and houses a double width sports hall, a full size multi-use gym/fitness area, a swimming pool and 2 fitness studios. In addition, there are three drama studios, one of which can seat 150 for the school’s smaller productions.
The outdoor area includes first class rugby, football and cricket pitches, cricket nets, four all-weather netball and tennis courts and a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).
Dubai College has a Campus Development Plan to replace or refurbish its older buildings. The SPACE and Learning & Teaching Centre were completed in 2020 and a new state of the art learning hub will open in September 2023. This will house a new library, the DC Studios, four new art studios and modern flexible classrooms.
