In 1978, a small school with a big ambition opened its doors on the edge of a young and rapidly growing city. What began as a bold vision to provide an outstanding education for Dubai's international community has become so much more than a school. It has become a place where lifelong friendships began, passions were discovered, ambitions were nurtured, and memories were made that still endure decades later.
Since 1978, thousands of students, parents, teachers and staff have walked through our gates, each leaving their own mark on the story of Dubai College. For some, it was a championship won, a performance on stage, or an outstanding academic achievement. For others, it was the friends who felt like family, the teachers who changed the course of a life, the laughter in the corridors, the school trips, the assemblies, the match days, and the countless everyday moments that made Dubai College feel like home.
A Living Archive - Share Your Memories
As we look ahead to celebrating our Golden Jubilee in the 2028–29 academic year, we are already bringing together the memories that have shaped our first 50 years. Through photographs, videos, stories and treasured keepsakes, we hope to create a living archive of the people, experiences and moments that define our community.
Whether you were a member of our very first cohort, a recent leaver, a parent, a teacher or a member of staff, you are part of this story. We invite you to help us celebrate the journey, honour the memories and preserve the legacy for future generations.

If you are submitting multiple items, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible, including dates, names of people featured, and any background details that may help us understand the significance of the memory.
How Your Submission May Be Used
By sharing your content, you are helping us create a rich archive of memories for our 50th Anniversary celebrations. Submitted materials may be featured in anniversary events, commemorative publications, exhibitions, videos, social media content, marketing materials, and on the school's website. Where possible, contributors will be acknowledged.
