ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: YEARS 7, 8, 9, AND 10 Admission to the school is by entry test for Year 7,8,9 and 10. The entry assessment for Year 7 is usually held in January. For applicants from schools in the Emirates, the entry assessment will be held at Dubai College on a date to be advised. For overseas applicants, test papers will be sent to their present school, who will administer them on your behalf and return them to us. The receipt of an application form by the College containing the name, address and e-mail of the current school is taken as parental approval for dispatch of test papers. Age of entry For entry into Year 7, the applicant should have reached the age of eleven and completed Year 6 by 1st September. Applicants younger than this, who have their eleventh birthday before the end of the calendar year, will, in exceptional circumstances, be considered. Applicants from pupils younger than this will not be accepted. For entry into years 8,9 and 10 the same conditions apply to the appropriate age group.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Year 7 1. A completed application form together with 1 passport size photograph, passport copy, birth certificate copy and the application fee of Dhs.500(non-refundable). A courier fee is required for overseas candidates. 2. The candidate's end of Year 5 school report. Year 8 to 10 The initial requirement are a completed application form and a copy of the most recent school report. If and when places become available in these years, the applicants will be considered and a number of candidates will be invited to sit our entrance assessment.
Entry to Year 11, the second of the two year GCSE course, will only be considered from applicants who have completed the first year of that course in their previous school. The initial requirements are a completed application form together with a reference from the current school, this should include predicted GCSE grades. If and when places become available, a number of applicants will be invited to an interview with the Head of Sixth Form. General entry requirements are a minimum of five GCSE passes, including Mathematics and English. Usually, subjects selected to be studied at A level require at least a grade B pass at GCSE. The exception to this is Mathematics, where grade A*/A is required in most cases. Applicants who have not followed GCSE or equivalent courses, will be asked to sit test papers in their nominated A level subjects before places will be offered.
