Fees
Dubai College operates as an independent, non profit making Secondary School run on British principles under an Emiri Decree granted by His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, as published in the Official Gazette 18 of 1982.
The tuition fees for the Middle and Lower school (Grades 7-11) are as follows:
Dhs. 20,106 per term payable in advance. There are three terms in a year.
These are: Winter: Sept-December Spring: Jan-March Summer: April-June
Fees are payable promptly on the due date which is the half-term point of the preceding term. The Governors reserve the right to refuse admission to any pupil in the event that fees are not paid.
A full term’s notice in writing is required before a pupil is withdrawn from the school. Where such prior notice is not tendered, one term’s fee will be charged in lieu.
Sixth Form have an additional supplemental fee of Dhs. 2,661 per term. The total per term is Dhs 22,768.
Additional costs such as for optional transport and music can be incurred if the student wishes to pursue either. The costs are the following:
Transport: Dhs. 1,546 per term (if required)
Private Music: Dhs. 1,546 per term (if required)
This fee will be for a minimum of 400 minutes of private teaching in ten 40 minute lessons per term. The fee is payable in advance with the tuition and transport charges.
A Dhs.1,000 fee is held as a deposit against loss of, or damage to, school property which is normally refunded when the pupil leaves the school.
